Develop more partnerships with other local churches and youth organizations that will allow us to collaborate our resources and do a more comprehensive job of reaching youth.

Develop more partnerships with suburban churches who can help to serve in the programs as well as help resource and fund the programs.

Conduct Quarterly events for children where new prospective adults can be exposed to the ministry and potentially recruited. Take the LIT’s on a Domestic Missions Trip.

Develop various intern positions where college or college graduates can come and serve for 2 months to one year working in various aspects of the organization.

Develop a Computer learning center that is used as an educational tool for children, and a skill training center for youth and adults. We hope to have weekly classes that people can attend as well as to offer hours of service where local citizens can come and use them to network with resources outside of their community.
